tomorrow, Medicare beneficiaries will be able to sign up for
Medicare Part D, the new prescription drug benefit that
allows seniors to choose between Medicare-covered plans
offered by private insurers. Seniors are already expressing
confusion over selecting between dozens of plans offering
different benefits and varying access to specific drugs. In
fact, only a quarter of beneficiaries say they are sure they
