Former Congressman Rob Portman to Receive Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America's National Leadership Award |

Prior to that, Director Portman served as a Representative of the Second District of Ohio in the U.S. Congress, where he was instrumental in the development and funding of the Drug-Free Communities Program, one of the most important pieces of legislation for community anti-drug coalitions. For more than a decade, I've had the opportunity to work with wonderful people - legislators, teachers, parents, community leaders, coaches and kids - to reverse the trend of substance abuse in our communities.
